The following options will help you regain access to your HomegrownHawaii.com account if you no longer have access to the email you used to register.
Please try one or all of the following to get back into your account:
1) Find your username or email and test passwords
You can determine what email address you used to register by using our Identify Your Account page. Once you determine the email you used, try some common passwords
that you use on our sign in page and see if that gets you in.
2) Submit an ID
You may send us an image of an identifiation card with your name on it to imapodagee[at]homegrownhawaii.com (replace [at] with @). Once we receive your ID and determine
that you own the account we will update the email address on the account to your new email. Valid forms of ID are: Drivers License, Birth Certificate, Military ID or a State ID.
For your safety, please black out any ID numbers that you would like to be kept private.
For security reasons we REQUIRE you to submit an ID for an email change. All requests without an ID or where the name on the ID does not match the name on the account will be DENIED.
3) Create a new account
As a last resort you can create a new account and then request that your old account be deleted.
